Dissapointed, I went for a dental cleaning, I paid for X-rays and oral exam and they did not want to do the cleaning, they said I needed a deep cleaning and gave me a referral for a private clinic and I had asked to please be referred to a place I could go for uninsured patients for a discounted rate depending on your income. They don’t send the X-Rays they took if you ty to go to another clinic, I called several times and they make a big deal out of it, the X-Rays were never received. I ended up going to another place where they told me I just needed the regular cleaning not a deep cleaning. The nurses and doctor were not friendly at all, no empathy for you. They talk to each other in front of you like if you are not present. Going there was a total waste of time and money. When I got out of there I felt like they were very rude.

My wife came here at about 12 weeks pregnant for a standard NIPT test to test for our babies gender & any genetic defects. She made it EXTREMELY clear from the beginning that’s all she was looking for. She went in, had to pee for a urine screening, then was transferred downstairs to make her pee AGAIN which is obviously a struggle after holding it all day. A heads up would’ve been nice. They take her blood, everything was fine, they send her home without the patient portal info to receive the results. After calling multiple times Mr. Demorest refused to approve them giving her what she needed, and didn’t even bother to try and reasonably prove her identity so we had to go back in person an hour drive out just to get it. Then, after different results popped up almost a week later, after over a week of stress and confusion waiting & her calling back they tell her that they were never releasing the results and were planning on waiting until her follow up almost a month out. So after requesting them to be released MULTIPLE times and being told the receptionist would send them a note still nothing, she was finally able to talk to the OB almost 3 weeks later just to tell her it was NEVER

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. They clearly do not respect patients’ time. It seems like they schedule multiple appointments with the same doctor at the exact same time, which leads to unnecessary delays. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes past my appointment time with no proper explanation or apology. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you’re not going to honor it? This kind of poor time management and lack of organization is frustrating, especially when patients have other commitments. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve how they handle scheduling and patient flow

I brought my kids here for their dentist visit and had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, the office was clean and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient. They made everything smooth and stress free for us.
